Players accessing the Platform from Prohibited Jurisdictions do so in violation of these Terms & Conditions and may have their Accounts suspended without notice.

Each Player may register and maintain only one Account on the 1wim Platform. You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, contact number and email address. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and reporting to relevant authorities where required.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. 1wim will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials. You must notify 1wim immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
1wim reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of address, or proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by 1wim may result in the suspension of withdrawal facilities or Account closure.
1wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer and Meezan Bank transfer. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1wim does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name, and third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your Account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL or Meezan Bank are subject to standard interbank processing schedules and may take up to one business day to reflect in your Account Balance. 1wim does not charge fees for deposits, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically completed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing timelines. 1wim reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending the outcome of security, fraud or verification checks. 1wim is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. 1wim reserves the right to request the source of funds documentation for any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Players must not use the 1wim Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime. Any Account found to be involved in such activity will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending investigation.
All bets placed on the 1wim Sportsbook are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to verify the details of each bet — including the selection, stake, odds and market — before confirming placement. 1wim will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where expressly permitted under specific market rules or where a manifest error has occurred.
Odds offered on the 1wim Sportsbook are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds applicable to your bet are those displayed at the moment of confirmation. 1wim reserves the right to suspend, restrict or remove any betting market at any time without prior notice, including in response to breaking news, match incidents or regulatory requirements.
1wim reserves the right to declare bets void in the following circumstances: where a manifest pricing error occurred; where the underlying event is cancelled, abandoned or significantly altered; where there is evidence of match-fixing or corruption; or where the bet was placed in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the Player's Account Balance.
Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. 1wim will not be liable for delays in live data that may affect the accuracy of in-play odds at the moment a bet is placed. Players are advised to exercise caution when placing live bets and to verify market status before confirming any wager.
All RNG-based casino games available on the 1wim Platform use certified random number generation technology that has been independently verified for fairness and statistical compliance. Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studio providers subject to their own regulatory obligations. Game outcomes are not influenced by 1wim's operational or commercial interests.
Each casino game available on the 1wim Platform is governed by its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before wagering. Where a conflict arises between the specific game rules and these Terms & Conditions, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to game mechanics and payouts.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session — including server disconnections, software errors or data transmission failures — 1wim will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, the affected round may be declared void and any stake returned. 1wim's decision in such matters is final.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by 1wim are subject to the specific terms of the relevant promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry periods. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus Credits must be wagered the required number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Where bonus abuse is identified, 1wim reserves the right to forfeit all associated bonus credits and winnings, and to close the Account.
All bonus amounts offered to 1wim players are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Promotional values displayed on the Platform — including welcome bonuses, reload offers and cashback credits — reflect PKR amounts unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1wim Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, with all balances, winnings and bonus credits forfeited:
1wim reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraudulent activity, security concerns or regulatory obligations. During a suspension period, the Player will not be able to place bets, access casino games or process withdrawals. 1wim will endeavour to communicate the reason for suspension where it is lawful and appropriate to do so.
1wim may permanently close a Player's Account in circumstances including — but not limited to — confirmed breach of these Terms & Conditions, verified identity fraud, confirmed bonus abuse, money laundering investigation, or regulatory direction. Upon permanent closure, any Balance held in the Account will be reviewed in accordance with the findings that led to the closure. Where a Player is found to have acted in good faith, outstanding Balance amounts will be returned via the Player's verified payment method.
You may request the closure of your 1wim Account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon confirming your identity, 1wim will process the closure and arrange the return of any remaining Balance to your verified payment method, provided no outstanding verification, fraud or compliance review is pending at the time of the request.
All content available on the 1wim Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data feeds and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 1wim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws. No content from the 1wim Platform may be reproduced, distributed, republished, reverse-engineered or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of 1wim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions transfers any intellectual property rights to the Player.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1wim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue or business interruption. 1wim's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
1wim does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free of errors or free from harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1wim will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
The collection, use, storage and protection of your personal data by 1wim is governed by the 1wim Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account with 1wim, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy before completing registration.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 1wim's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 1wim's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed under the terms of 1wim's gaming licence. Players retain the right to seek legal redress through applicable courts in their jurisdiction where permitted by law.
If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the 1wim Platform or service, you should contact the 1wim support team in the first instance. 1wim will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to reach a resolution within 14 business days. Where a complaint relates to a betting outcome, transaction dispute or Account decision, you may be required to provide supporting documentation to assist in the investigation.
1wim reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 1wim will notify registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. Players who do not accept the amended terms should cease use of the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure.
The version of these Terms & Conditions that was in effect at the time a bet was placed or a transaction was processed shall govern any dispute relating to that bet or transaction, unless the amended terms are more favourable to the Player.
